At the beginning of August, Marion’s North Park Mall unveiled a new promotion targeted to Grant County’s visitors. “The Ultimate Shopping Card” is now available to out-of-town visitors who present a hotel key, hotel receipt, or out-of-town driver’s license at the mall’s Customer Service Center, located in the center concourse of the mall. The Ultimate Shopping Card entitles visitors to discounts at a variety of participating retailers; in addition, visitors who make purchases in the mall totaling $75 or more can also receive a free lunch, courtesy of North Park Mall. Eight local hotels and motels, in addition to the CVB office, have counter displays and brochures describing the program.
