H1N1 Vaccine Information

We offer free H1N1 vaccines at our nursing office for adults and adolescents during regular clinic hours Tuesday thru Friday. We offer the vaccine to infants and young children on Mondays only.

Clinic Hours:

Monday - Infants and young children only

   Tuesday - Friday

   8:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM

FREE Immunization Clinics for Grades 6-12               

In 2009, the Indiana State Legistation revised the Indiana Code to require all 6-12 students to receive additional immunizations against the following diseases.

1)  Meningitis        2)  Varicella (Chicken Pox)   3)  Tdap (Tetanus, Diptheria and Pertussis)

Students must be vaccinated against all three by the 1st day of the 2010 school year.  The Grant Co Health Dept will be offering extended hours and larger clinics to accomodate the large number of children who need vaccinated at the Five Points Mall in the Community Room.  These clinics will be held on the following dates:

 Only three dates left:  Cool 

1)  August 4 - 1-6 pm

2)  August 5 - 1-6 pm

3)  August 6 - 1-6 pm

***Parents will need to bring their child's shot record and child must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.*******Smile
