THE SPRING FIRST INSTALLMENT DUE DATE FOR 2017 PAYABLE 2018 IS MIDNIGHT ON THURSDAY, MAY 10, 2018.
THE FALL SECOND INSTALLMENT IS DUE MIDNIGHT, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2018.
A 10% penalty has been applied to 2016 payable 2017 Fall delinquencies and is now due with your regular Spring installment on Thursday, May 10, 2018.

IF A PARCEL WAS IN THE FALL 2017 TAX SALE, there will be a warning flag that will either indicate SOLD or COUNTY.
The SOLD flag means that, although the taxes will show as being paid, they were not paid by the deeded owner, and unless the parcel is redeemed through the Auditor's office, it may ultimately be re-deeded, at the instruction of the tax-lien buyer, on or about October 10, 2018. The COUNTY flag means that the county is holding the tax sale certificate, and it is now subject to seizure by a municipality, and additional fees may apply if the owner of the property wishes to retain it, prior to the completion of seizure procedures, by paying the outstanding taxes, penalties and fees to the Auditor's Office. Because those fees are calculated by the Auditor, and not the Treasurer, they will not be included in the balance figures that are shown on this website.
Previous year penalties, if any, automatically roll over into the current year and are designated with the prefix NTS1YR. Delinquencies prior to last year are designated TS2yr (indicating that the parcel, if not paid in full by June 30, 2018, will be subject to the 2018 Tax Sale).
