August 10, 2022To report Storm damage from the storms that occurred on Saturday July 23, 2022 a reporting form has been activated by Indiana Department of Homeland security at the request of Grant County Emergency Management. Due to the severe storms that took place in Grant County on July 23, 2022. the public is encouraged to submit damage and loss information at the following web address/Link.

Once you have opened the 211 webpage you'll need to click on the "Grant County Damage Reporting (July 25,2022)" tab and fill out the form.
This is not an application for any assistance at this time.
Based on the amount of damage reported in Grant County, FEMA and IDHS will assess the need assistance and what form of assistance will be made available.
Homeowners, Renters and Businesses are encouraged to submit any damage - loss that occurred on their property as a result of the storms on July 23, 2022. People that rent as well as the property owner can both submit a loss for the same occurrence.
The public can also submit damage information that occurred in Grant County by calling 211.
